Today, we have emerged as a Reliable Manufacturer with a rich experience of one and a half decades in providing solution for industrial & instrumentation piping systems. Our solution consists of customised & cost-effective products that regulate control flow for piping systems.
We are one of the leading manufacturers of double ferrule and single ferrule fittings also known as instrumentation fittings , compression fittings and pipe fittings under our brand name Ritlok. We also make Ball Valves, Needle Valves, Check Valves, Double Block & Bleed Valves, Manifold Valves in Stainless Steel, High Nickel Alloy, Duplex , Super Duplex and Titanium as per client’s requirement.
All our products are made on CNC Machines with precise accuracy to maintain quality norms as per international standards. We can carry out testing’s according to ASTM F1387 on your request. Our products are 100% PMI, Hydro Pressure Tested and they come with EN 10204 3.1 Certificate, Pressure Certificate with complete Heat traceability.

Leakage
Excellent gas-tight sealing and consistent reassembly help ensure accurate measurements of process parameters—air, steam, fuel, and water—to keep your plant operating efficiently. Moreover, Swagelok tube fittings minimize fugitive emissions, as well as process fluid leakage and operation costs.
Corrosion
Swagelok tube fittings are available in a variety of materials, including controlled-chemistry 316 stainless steel and many other alloys for enhanced corrosion resistance in a variety of applications, including sour gas and subsea systems.

The elastic, live-loaded two-ferrule design compensates for changes in temperature during system start-up and shutdown and helps eliminate leakage related to rapid thermal expansion or contraction.
